Thank you for considering a donation to Temple Sinai. 

Tribute Donations are gifts that are made in someone's honor or memory, in appreciation of someone, or to commemorate a special occasion.   If desired, your tribute will be listed in our Bulletin and a notification card may be sent to the person or family for whom you have made the tribute.  Tribute gifts may be directed to the Temple's General Fund or to a restricted fund with a specific purpose or program.  Click here for a description of the various funds.

             Download a form which can be faxed or mailed
