Congregational Vote 2024

A message was sent earlier this month about the upcoming Annual Meeting and congregational vote. We encourage all adult members of the congregation to vote, with a maximum of two votes per household. Votes may be submitted in-person at the Annual Meeting or by absentee ballot. Instructions for casting your ballot are included below.   

The voting period will begin at 4:00pm on Sunday, October 27, 2024 and will continue through 12:00pm on November 6, 2024.
 
In-person voting will take place at the Annual Meeting of the congregation, which will be held on November 3, 2024 from 9:30 – 11:30am in Albers Chapel or by livestream if you are unable to join in person. For those unable to attend in person, please join us virtually here.

If you prefer to vote by absentee ballot you may:

1. Vote online from 4:00pm on October 27, 2024 until noon on November 6, 2024. Use this link to vote.  
2. Mail the attached ballot to Temple Sinai, 2808 Summit Street, Oakland CA 94609 (please write “BALLOT ENCLOSED” on the outside of the envelope); or
3. Hand-deliver the ballot to the Temple Sinai main office.

Absentee ballots must be received in the Temple office, or submitted online, by 12:00pm on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
 
Please note that congregants who vote by absentee ballot may still attend the annual meeting on Sunday, November 3. We encourage all to attend, but remind you that you may only vote once (either in person or absentee, but not both).
