"I want to support the LGBTQ community, my children/grandchildren, but I don't know where to start!"

Join us to learn from educator Lisa Levy, as she covers the basics of gender and gender expression, common terminology, and how we as a community can support our LGBTQ friends and family.

Lisa Levy received her MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a parenting coach and the founder of Parenting Out of the Box which specializes in helping parents raise their LGBTQ+ or neuro-diverse children to be authentically themselves. Lisa has delivered Gender 101 programming to administrators, counselors, teachers, students, parents, grandparents, and other community members and professionals at many places throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Lisa has three wonderful children, two of whom are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
