Join Steve Goldstein for a 3-part series as we learn the practice of quieting our mind, opening our heart, and using our breath to ground ourselves in the present.
Learn how Mindfulness Meditation techniques reflect traditional Jewish thought and practice. These meditation techniques can cultivate a stronger sense of Gratitude.
