Why is Climate Tzedek (Justice) a Jewish Value? What is being done about it? What can we do as individuals and as a Jewish community? This year’s Social Action Shabbat will focus on answers to these questions. During the service we will hear from a congregant who is deeply involved in climate justice work and be reminded of the Jewish call to climate Tzedek. After the service, representatives from several local environmental organizations* will speak about their work and ways that we can get involved. We will also share information about how to get involved in Temple Sinai’s efforts.
