Mussar At Midlife with Rabbi Mates-Muchin

In-person | Targeted group: Middle-aged adults

Mussar, the Jewish spiritual practice that aids us in leading meaningful and ethical lives, can be incredibly helpful in navigating the unique pressures and complexities of midlife. We will come together for learning, discussion, and reflection as we explore this aspect of Jewish tradition with the intention of enhancing our everyday experience of life.

Meeting Dates: January 10th, January 17th, January 24th, January 31st, February 7th , February 14th

Cost: Free for Temple Sinai members, $54 for non-members
