We are excited to begin the New Year with this uplifting program focusing on providing coping strategies and finding opportunities for positive growth during this constantly shifting COVID landscape. Our keynote speaker, Winifred Reilly, is a marriage and family therapist, author and lecturer with a focus on helping people create loving and satisfying relationships. This interactive, online event will include: Workshop, Raffle, Dance, Qi Gong, and Goodie Bags delivered to your door!
